Subscriptions

  • Plan prices are shown in Indian rupees per month and exclude GST, which is added to the invoice.
  • A plan is active once our team confirms it and we receive payment. Fees are payable for the whole billing period.
  • Plan limits, such as doctors, staff users and storage, apply as stated on the pricing page.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

  • The hospital is responsible for the accuracy of the information its staff enter and for obtaining any patient consent the law requires.
  • Keep sign-in details confidential and give staff access only as needed.
  • The platform is software for managing a practice. It does not provide medical advice, and clinical decisions remain with the treating professionals.

Intellectual property

This website and platform contain material owned by or licensed to us, including design, layout and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited without our written consent. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence. You may not link to this website from another website or document without our prior written consent.

Third-party links and payments
