How does billing work?

You pay a fixed monthly fee per hospital or clinic, not per patient. Monthly or annual billing is available; ask us for the annual rate. Prices exclude GST, which is added on the invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan except Enterprise starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Enterprise trials are arranged with our team.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Hosting, maintenance, updates and your own web address, for example yourhospital.gbdrift.com. We manage everything; there is nothing for you to install.

How do I buy a plan?

Choose a plan and send us your details. Our team confirms the plan, sets up your hospital and shares the payment details and your web address.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the billing period.
